SeaWinds (SW_*) and QuikSCAT (qs_*) L2B files are in the L2B folder. QuikSCAT (L2B and UHR) gifs in the qs_gifs folder and SeaWinds UHR gifs are in the sw_gifs folder.  
SeaWinds and QuikSCAT UHR data are both in the UHR folder. 
The reader for the SeaWinds L2B (they are 25km  resolution as opposed to QuikSCATs 12.5 km) is the hdf_reader.m in the software folder. The reader has the capability to plot the ECMF winds that nudged the UHR wind field.  You can use the same reader we sent you last time for QuikSCAT L2B files.
A list of swaths and along and cross track indices for QuikSCAT and SeaWinds (*_SW.txt) is in the documentation folder.
