Scatterometer Climate Record Pathfinder

The various info files for prtr (PR on TRMM) grd files are 
identical to the corresponding ERS sir files (and, in fact, are
renamed copies of the ERS sir files).

Note that .gif images have been reduced in size from original
SIR-format files to facilite easier browsing.
