Scatterometer Climate Record Pathfinder

Oceansat-2 Scatterometer (OSCAT) product files and Scatsat-1 
Scatterometer (OSCAT-2) produc files have the same projection 
as QuikSCAT files.  Thus, the various info files for OSCAT and
OSCAT-2 are exactly the same as QSCAT.

Note that .gif images have been reduced in size from original
SIR-format files to facilite easier browsing.
